    The Thornbury & South Gloucestershire MRC will be holding their annual exhibition over the weekend of 16th & 17th November 2024 at Turnberries Community Centre, Bath Road, Thornbury, Bristol BS35 2BB.     The 55th Annual Exhibition of the Thornbury & South Gloucestershire Model Railway Club will be returning to Turnberries over the weekend of 18th & 19th November 2023. Opening times will be 10 - 5 Saturday and 10 – 4 on Sunday. We have invited 18 layouts of various scales and gauges along with Traders and Preservation Societies. Refreshments will also be available.     This year our annual exhibition will be held at the new venue of Turnberrie’s Community Centre, Bath Road, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2BB, over the weekend of 19th & 20th November. Opening Times: Saturday 10am - 5pm. Sunday: 10am - 4pm. Admission: Adults - £7, Children (5 - 16) - £3, Family (2 + 2) - £15 Refreshments will also be available.     The Thornbury & South Gloucestershire Model Railway Club are intending to put on a pared back exhibition over the weekend of 20th & 21st November 2021, at the Chantry Community & Arts Centre, Castle Street, Thornbury. Opening times are 10:00 to 5:00 Saturday, 10:00 to 4:00 Sunday. We will be taking account of any Covid guidance that may be in place at that time. We have invited 14 layouts with support from a trader and representatives from at least one Heritage Railways Society. Limited refreshments will also be available. Admission will be by pre-booked tickets only, which are available from the Chantry’s website (www.thechantry.org.uk/copy-of-events). Prices: Adult - £6.00; Child - £3.00 & Family (2 + 2) - £12:00. Please note that as the Chantry is an historic Grade II listed building with narrow corridors and small rooms it is not accessible to mobility scooters.     Once again the Thornbury & South Gloucestershire Model Railway Club are putting on their annual exhibition at the Chantry, Castle Street Thornbury over the week-end of 16th & 17th November 2019. Amongst the expected 15 layouts there will be the usual mix of scales, locations and periods modelled. Once again our traders will be Lord & Butler, Eileen’s Emporium, and Tony Wilcox Railway related societies will also be represented. Refreshments will also be available.
