  1. Dear all I won't say much for the moment, other than a reminder that ALL models (whether acquired from myself directly or the DFR as the only suppliers) should/will have a numbered certificate included. If in doubt, please get in touch.
  2. Hi Rhys Thanks for letting me know; fully understand. Should circumstances change don't hesitate to enquire about another. Thanks for the heads up. Have you had your invoice yet? If not, PM your address and I'll check. There's a few I'm awaiting confirmation of country for before sending.
  3. I think there may have been some crossed lines? The models are due to arrive end of this week and that's when dispatching orders will commence. Apologies for the confusion. There are still models available should anyone be interested in putting their names down for one. I hope Andy's review on the previous page may sway you somewhat. I'm currently sat numbering the certificates that will accompany them - when I'm not sending invoices that is!
  4. I seemed to have missed the announcement of 30585 being released... Now the question of whether I should add that to my lineup, so as to have 85, 86 & 87?
  5. You beat me to posting it! I shall share a few of the other images in the next day or two, just in case anyone is still lulling it over.
  6. So much to do, so little time. Also, what is the length of an O gauge J15?

    1. Metr0Land

      Metr0Land

7/4 times the length of the OO one?

  7. Have just opened up my SR 207 and am suitably impressed with the weight of the model first off. The Beatties were very light but this very weighty! Looks good, feels good. Will test it later but I can already see the BTBs need sorting as the driving wheel flanges sit on the rail top on one side. A few very minor quibbles, such as heavy glue spots on the front lamp irons & pipework, and some white lining on the buffer beam, but nothing that bothers me all that much really. I am sitting and hoping for an LSWR or Malachite variant in a future batch. Top marks to Kernow and DJM here.
  8. I, and I am sure many others, were not aware that is the way, so thanks for sharing that. More than happy waiting for mine - they look grand.
  9. Hi All Apologies for going quiet on this; have had a domino of things happening. The DFR are currently amidst a development of a new webstore, which, once complete, Wilbert will be available to order through. Those who have reserved one will be notified before it opens the general public. There are still models available for anyone who would still like to get in touch.
  10. Model Rail dropped onto the doorstep this morning and I was delighted to see the samples featured. They are looking superb and well worth the wait. A few numbers changed that may be worth noting: MR106 has been replaced by BR Late No.30071 (Formerly D.S233). MR101 (USATC Black) is now No.1968 (Formerly 4326). The price is also set to rise as of December 1 to £124.95 (£113.59 subscribers.) To be honest, they look worth it, especially with the front end appearance. Now to decide which one I want......
  11. Mine arrived this morning and I zipped straight over to pick it up. Runs lovely, looks lovely. I seem to be a lucky one - only the builder's plate had come off on one side; an easy fix. I'm not an O person usually, but am excited to see what we get next - I may be converted.
  12. Damage is a little worrying - wasn't one of Dapol's reasons for the delay this? Hopefully, after such a wait, mine will be safe. Despite receiving the invoice, my local still has had no sign of his stock.
  13. Waiting for my local to receive his stock still. The images from the big retailers are taunting me so!
  14. Exactly the sort of comments I want to hear. Where did I put my research books now....?
  15. If it gets off the ground, there would definitely be a GER livery in the F5 mix.
