  1. Hornby seems to be very good at underperforming in terms of delivery dates, so I won’t get excited. Stephen
  2. Looking absolutely stunning - keep up the good work. Stephen
  3. Once again the topic of 00/EM/P4 comes to the surface. As one who sits on the sidelines, I say ‘each to his own’ but, viewed as a complete package, the likes of Little Bytham and Grantham will always come to the top because they are just that, complete model railways. All you have to do is sit and watch trains go by. Stephen
  4. They began life as GNR(I) cement vans in the 1950’s but in later life were used by CIE as general box vans. Keep up the good work. Stephen
  5. Have you ever had HST’s running through Little Bytham? Stephen

  16. I’ve always liked the idea of the SER reaching Oxford at the same time as the Met. Bearing in mind the latters dealings with LNER, you have the possibility of all four of the Big Four together at one location. Stephen
  17. A quality bit of modelling. Stephen
  18. I believe it’s an Irish Freight Models brake. The only drawback is the wagon underframe complete with brake lever. JM Design sell their wagon underframes separately, so that could be the way forward. Stephen
  19. I’m surprised that no-one has suggested a version in CSE (Irish Sugar Company) livery, Stephen
  20. Yes, they took a long time to be delivered in the UK compared to the rest of the world but they are so worth the wait. Stephen
  21. The strike is scheduled for 21/23/25 June. Does the map apply for 22/24 June? Stephen
  22. It must have been a sad time effectively ripping someone’s handiwork to bits. Stephen
