    There is a show on today and tomorrow in Wexford and the coaches were announced at the show.

    I remember these coaches well and travelled on them many times. Great to see them added to the IRM range and as mentioned perfect with an A class.

    Given that a magazine commission of 40145 has been announced. I wonder will we see more 40s? 40145 has been announced with upgraded DCC. There have been some tooling changes for a headlight but I do not think it is a full retool as per the 37. As always I am holding out for more 2Fs in blue grey or maybe 2Es and as usual a 3 car 116 or 3 car 205. I live in hope 😀

    Thanks for posting. That is unintentionally hilarious. The £8 a day is so random. The endorsement by Jenny Kirk hardly inspires confidence either given what she thought of the very sub-par Fell. It is indeed all very Del boy.

    I would expect the 2D to be next on someone's hitlist. After that the 2E becomes the weakest link as only have the very average Hornby one.

    It is great to see the grab rails under the headcone box and the nozzles for the windscreen sprayer. Neither of those details are on the Hornby version.

    Seeing as it is an Accurascale announcement and not an IRM one that does not seem likely.

    If KR models had gone ahead and done it there would have been multiple liveries to choose from - NSE, Loadhaul, GWR, LNER, LBSCR, Intercity Swallow, CSX, SNCF etc. However there is a good chance it would also have had the cab in the centre instead of at one end or even 3 bogies.
