  1. Hi guys a quick question about the 37/6 variant please. I was just watching the video of 37602 on Facebook and it looks and sounds amazing. Honestly makes me wish I'd ordered one from the start. My question is about the marker lights on the model. Should both sides have the marker lights illumated With the switchable day/night headlight depending on what u want? And if you just wanted marker lights for depot working? The reason I ask is in the video it looks like only one marker light is working. Was thinking it's just the angle of the video or that it's just a sample etc but just wanted to ask. Any info would he great. Regards Gary
  2. Great work I've got this kit aswell. Looking forward to building it soon.
  3. Very impressive. Its hard to believe that is a 3d printed coach. Are you building a rake of network rail coaches? Regards Gary
  4. Hi Tim it looks like you Nedd a 21 pin with a certain amount of functions. Dave at Dean Park Station found that the following decoders worked. Bachmann 36-557 decoder Dapol imperium 8 function decoder Dapol imperium mtc 6 function decoder. Hope that helps.
  5. The gaugemaster collection Dapol 59003 in 00 must be the exception then as its dcc sound/smoke fitted.
  6. Good afternoon. With the great news that the class 59 will soon be with us in August/september. Does anyone know from previous Dapol products what decoder they use in the dcc fitted models? I have a Hornby select at present and just want to make sure it's compatible as I've had issues in the past with other dcc fitted locos. Any info would be appreciated Regards Gary
  7. That is true topley Dale and the grand Central layout were in Mike's garage but this is no longer the case. Topley Dale has been dismantled and disposed of as they've been given a big space to work in now. All the new videos from Hornby magazine are with the grand Central layout at its new location until the new test layout is built.
  8. West Hill wagon works also some magnetic couplings specially for these wagons.
  9. I've seen that aswell. Just also seen that jenny kirk has a KR models annoucement on the 6/7/22 it could be this aswell. The br green and black look nice.
  10. I'm sure accurascale mentioned they were working on multiple units at one stage. Hoping for a 313 or 377. Especially now that older units are being phased out and 377s are everywhere down south.🤞
  11. Thanks for the info I'll keep a look out. 👍
  12. Not to change the topic away from accurascale items but I've gotta say your A4 of sir nigel gresely Is amazing. Can I ask what the base model was? Regards Gary
  13. Hi Darius great work on the 455 I've been debating getting one of these kits for a while now. What version of the kit did you get? Was it already built? The reason I ask is because I'd like to alter the cab ends to reflect how they were on the last day of service and I see you have the cab separated in one picture. Looking forward to see whete you go next with the model. 👍
  14. I was asking about a new run of 73s not knowing that they had announced a new run that day. But also asked about the 59 and was told that productions underway they are awaiting production samples atm. And hope for them to arrive in july.

    MRA wagons

25 of the new wagons were spotted last week by trains_by_lorrydsbon on instagram. Tgry were seen in Woking going to eastleigh east yard. Thanks for the link on the info about the wagons I couldn't find anything about them. Regards Gary
  17. Afternoon everyone. Hornby Magazine has uploaded it's great electric train show video for all to see now on YouTube and you can see the class 92 running at the 10 min mark along with the TPE Mkvs with a class 68. Regards Gary
  18. No problem at all Fran. I've no doubt the wagons will be absolutely spot on and I'm lining up some 66s to be used for them when they arrive. Regards Gary
  19. Hornby Magazine do have a video of the great electric train show for subscribers at the moment going through favourite parts of the show etc and that does have some footage of both the 92s and the tpe mkvs running. Im sure the video will be on YouTube soon. The 92s weren't running on Saturday whilst I was there as a coupling needed to be located for it. But Mike did show us the 92 in his hands and the detail is very impressive and from the video it seems to perform well with a rake of ipa car carriers. But having said that I've just found a video of the EWS 92 running by itself on a video by tbroyd at the 01:41 min mark and you can just hear the sound aswell.
  20. That's great cheers. Have you got any videos of these models in action? Would be nice to see how the perform on a layout. Regards Gary
  21. Thanks for the update Fran. Really looking forward to these. Are bundle packs still available? Regards Gary
  22. They do look fantastic and will be well worth the wait. Out of curiosity is the 92 and the mk5 sleepers being produced at the same factory to ensure the colours match. Or is it quote a straightforward process to get diffetent factories to colour match with paint codes etc. Regards Gary
  23. Several MU projects. Praying one of them is a 377. Out of interest are any of these projects the results of the survey that was done a year or so ago? What was the final result of that survey? Regards Gary
  24. Hi Fran that makes perfect sense. Spreading the cost over the whole mk5 range to give the price we have is great. Looking forward to seeing the tpe mk5s in the coming weeks. Regards Gary
