hi guys sorry for such along time without updating you with my modelling hobby, as Christmas is just a few days away and im sure some of you will be adding to your layouts with the general Christmas gifts ie rolling stock and best of all locos steam,diesel and electric.This is probably exciting times for some of you.Anyway what is new for twenty sixteen and what manufactures have got in store for the new year. Well i see Hornby as usual have got some more locos especially steam ones but best of all their will be a new class 50 in original network south east livery called indominous i think or something like that well i hope you all have a good xmas and a happy new year but just before you stop reading this and i stop blabbering how does rydeford sound as a layout name anyway that will be in the next entry of my blog merry Christmas regards the loco shed

yeah sure i i'm just finding out what people view are on locos and who make the best or the most value for money

who do you think made the best hymek i personally like the Hornby one with the ringfield as it's so easy to troubleshoot and repair i would say it's not the best motor ever made by Hornby

i'm building a layout but am confused what point to use insulfrog or eletrofrog the control is dc but i'm having a point in a tunnel so can't clean it apart from the cmx cleaner

hello and welcome back to the blog i'm now thinking of a MGR hopper train I will be resparying the Hornby e.w.s hoppers into rail red replacing the couplings plus bigger buffers and adding real coal if you want to know how to do it or where to get the buffers from go to everard junction on YouTube and it's called the big wagon project will be uploading pics soon. regards the loco shed

hi im looking at getting the esu programmer but i don't know if it's fit for my purpose i'm got the loksound v4.0 xl dcc chip and the new lok smoke generator and apparently you need to set it up the smoke unit but using esu progammer or equivalent but dont know how to use it ive looked on youtube for a video but no one has made one? please help
