We at Forest Row can no longer supply any Finecast products. These are now all owned by Squires Tools. The 01342 824722 number is now transfered to Squires as is the '@sefincast' email addresses.
As for Nucast, we are currently getting back up and running. We have reasonable stocks of most of the reissues.
We have plans to reintroduce at least 4 more kits quite quickly if we do not hit big problems.
Some of the problems we encounter are missing or damaged patterns, no instructions. Also a number of the etching tools are 'lost' as are some of the lost wax parts. So each reissue can be a mammoth task. Hence no details of which kits they are.
All reissues have new moulds restoring the crispness of the castings.
We are still offering a parts service for the kits that have not been reissued but the quality of the castings can be quite variable depending on the state of the mould.
