Wow what a shock , I have used Hatton's for more that twenty years and I am so sad to hear this news. Thank you to Hatton's who have always given great service to me!

Same here, obviously an admin error.

Mine was replaced.

I sent 37423 back to Hattons in April for repair (same Issue) a replacement took just over four weeks to arrive.

Just received a pair of of the FNA-D for my Birthday, they are beautifully decorated, well weighted and run very well. I love the added detail of the rear red flashing. light. I'm a very happy customer.

The motor is running fine it's the light's that are kaput.

It's a Dc layout using a gauge master combi controller, it was running at about 55% for approx ten minutes with no other trains running at the time, I would ad that all micro switches were in the correct position for blanking plate. I'll hold on to the model for now.

Sad to say I have had a failure on 37608 "Andromeda" running on DC . The same fault that occurred on 37423 "Spirit of the Lakes" back in April has happened again. The model has been running fine for two weeks on and off like last time, again the train suddenly slowed the lights went out and a burning electrical smell came up. Now the lights no longer work, but the train runs fine. This time I am returning the model to the retailer for a refund as I am beginning to lose faith in these models

I have a GM Combi and double head two of my class 37's on nuclear flask trains on a similar set up to yours with no problems so far.

It would seem from what I can see on Fickr 37608 has never had the the centre plough fitted in ROG colours.

Rog 37608 "Andromeda" has arrived.

Had notification from DPD that My ROG 37 ordered through Hattons will be delivered tomorrow,

I have had payment taken for my ROG 37 at Hattons, so hope to get it next week.

Looks stunning can't wait to get mine!
