About Me
Born in Austria, graduated engineer for electrotechnics, work moved me a bit around, worked 11 years in Milan, Italy, now in the UK. Playing with model railways since 1965, with more or less long gaps in between. Had a large layout from 2006 until 2010 which was displayed to public once a year (in Italy - at trenini in mostra-Carnate). Moved to the UK in 2010 - restarted with a mixed layout H0 and H0e end of 2015. See also Donnersbachkogel. These days I also play once a week with proper English trains at the MKMRS. Here I have currently to deal with (the re-wiring already done.) Frimingham - our 0-gauge layout. Looks like after the re-wiring I am now the driving force on this layout. Scratch built station based on Brackley (Great Central), brass semaphore signals with working lights and movement. DCC z21. And I started a Scottish layout (The bridge).
