Hi Stewart, Have to say your layout is looking great, oozes Great Northedness, the atmosphere is just fantastic. Living in Grantown-on-Spey it really does hit the nail on the head scenery-wise...I could just imagine a MAN or D40 shunting the yard on a grey morning. Agree that the station nameboard really completes the scene, looking at the pictures just wondered how you got the colouring on the timber face on the platform as it looks great. Look forward to seeing this progress. Charles

Thanks for all the help, think I will have to buy the book! Have got quite a lot of the other GNSRA publications which are all good reads! The pictures of Ballater are interesting Hammer but not really what I was thinking of. Thanks again

Hi, wondered if anyone had any plans/drawings for the style of GNSR station building seen at Knockando, Knock, Drummuir etc. It would be great if you could help, if not think I might try the GNSRA. Thanks for your help.

Don't often post but I am a big fan of the GNSR. Have to say your layout's looking great. I will be watching developments with great interest!
