I'm not getting daily or weekly feeds from forums that I follow since about 19th May.   My email details etc seem to be correct. I set up a new one yesterday which didn't work either although when I logged in just now I got a notification. 

I checked spam in my email program (Talktalk) but nothing there.

I've only just realised why the front page header has been purple for a few days.

I have been trying in vain to find a simple map, showing the location of the Jubilee beacons in the UK, but such websites either aren't working or don't exist.

I hand wrote a letter today, I mean who actually takes the time to write a letter who isn't Royalty or sending love.

I was going to the Post Office to send back a warranty claim and thought whilst I was at it I should send another item.  With no time to get out a computer / printer I simply wrote a note - joined up writing and everyfink. 

Remembered not to write 'Love' at the bottom 😆

Tested positive for Covid on Monday... managed to avoid it for the past two years and then fall the week before the Taunton do. Typical!!

Hello everyone. By way of introduction (joining up today, 5th March 2022), I am relishing a return to model railways at the ripe old age of 67 after about what seems a lifetime since my Triang Hornby set as a nipper (a blue 0-4-0 tank, if my memory still serves me well! It doesn't on many an occasion!). In those days I had plenty of time and zero money; but these days I seem to have no time (or at least not enough) but, fortunately, a few bob spare with which to indulge myself in this fascinating hobby.

I've built my baseboard, splashed out (precipitously) on DMUs, diesels and carriages, bought the points and the track (which I am about to start laying over the next few weeks), and I've been stopped in my tracks reading the preliminary information available online for the automated control of the layout (and I used to be a Cobol computer programmer in what seems these days like a former life!).

I'm living in deepest, glorious Devon (well, it is when the rain stops) and I would be interested to make the acquaintance of anyone in my neck of the woods (the south west, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset) who has operating experience of the two leading programs for automation: iTrain and Traincontroller; that is to say, real in-depth experience from set up to a layout running with automation.
