I’m sure they do from memory and given 66’s are being used up front, that would suggest this to be the case.

Renewal of the switch panel has been long overdue, its condition was by far one of the worst in Bournemouth.

November/December was suggested at the last meeting I was in. Will allow release of the remaining 707’s, free up some 450’s and by all accounts result in the 458’s being eradicated.

That would be good, but I suspect a 66 or Manor, only ones with no exclusives on their site.

I believe they are. The Scottish ones have had their 3rd gear removed, and the Southern ones have additional jumpers for the various test fleet, but otherwise the same. I don’t see Southern ones venturing north though, their reliability is woeful, they struggle to perform their monitoring train duties as is. Not as successful as was hoped me thinks.

It’s a shame 720 lost its colourful livery. Always liked it.

I’m sure I recall old joint bearers and reclaimed S&C bearers being used. Some of them even had chair indentations.

Have to agree with you. Everything I noted on there was well above the original price Hattons had, when you consider how quickly they reduced them, I think some of the prices being asked is interesting. Maybe this is the start of the “Super Rare Hattons editions” 😁

I don’t think this is one of the type Hattons did, this looks like one of the recent additions hired from Wascosa. Swiss based company, they had the wagons built by Greenbrier. They are maintained by GBRF under a 10 year deal.

While out on track at Virginia Water today 66750 pulled in. Would be a good choice, just looks more aggressive. After that, 66179 came through on a rake of blue boxes. Another good choice, still with it’s tell tales from its French adventure.

I wonder if a Stobart one is incoming as an exclusive! Personally, I’d be happy to see either of the DRS ones, the EwS one didn’t have a very long operating career in the livery. So many liveries to choose from, at least it will be good to have the 66 back in the market with the annoying niggles addressed. So, any chance of 412 in its de-branded form following it move to Freightliner 😉

It was a last minute punt, didn’t expect to win, so was a nice surprise. Excellent seller, I’ve brought off previously, so generously refunded the postage!

Managed to bag myself another three sets of the VTG open steel wagons. £125 delivered. Listed as used, but definitely look unused.

I had bid on a EWS one several weeks back, but lost connection and missed out, it went for less than I was willing to bid as well, so I’m taking it as fate, especially given the good price of these.

Yeah I did see that one on eBay. It was purely chance I looked at the classified section on here and there it was.

Fairly simple to reinstate.
