Hi, yes they are the lamps. I have modified them a little by extending the pole, using biro pen tube. I also painted them, which I think makes an improvement. Cheers Shaun.

A few extra details added to the new signal with a ladder and phone. All wired up now to the control panel.

Drabford new signals - Shunt signal for station kick back siding, fitted and fully wired to switch on panel. Running line Station approach signal with theatre box for platform 1 still under construction.

Hi , yes I get what you say about the light should be dim in the box, I did put some black paint on the “led” it was much brighter when I first installed it.

Because of the recent changes with the extension and the new running line, the kick back siding needs to be protected from runaway vehicles, so a catch point has been installed and is wired to work in situ with the exit point. Here’s before and after pictures. Soon I will be installing a colour light signal for the running line, which is currently under construction. Also a new ground signal for the kick back siding. The new siding all finished now with the track weathered. A few vehicles in the BR staff car park and 08173 ticks over in the siding. Cheers Shaun.

With some spare time over the Christmas holidays I thought I’d make a few alterations. Since extending the layout, a siding was lost and is now a running line, so I decided to add a new siding for the station pilot loco. Here is a before alterations picture. The new siding on the car park area will be useful for an 03 or 08 to stable between shunting duties. The front scenery has been removed to allow for more car parking spaces.

I have been working on the Victorian factory building which has been converted to a nightclub for a few weeks now, this all started since acquiring the Express Models “Strip Show” sign. Where am I going to put this I thought ? It’s got to be down a alleyway, so that’s where this scene in the corner began.

The alleyway has a very good night club apparently 😂
