    Went out to do some work on the layout, couldn't decide what I wanted to work on, so played trains for a while instead. Not particularly productive, but very therapeutic.

    My wife has just made an interesting proposal regarding the garden sheds, which could result in a lot more space for me.

      I remember when we were young and the wife made an interesting proposal regarding the garden shed model railways didn't even enter into the equation. Oh well memories memories.

    My wife has just made an interesting proposal regarding the garden sheds, which could result in a lot more space for me, but would mean dismantling the layout I've just spent a year on and starting again from scratch. I'm very tempted.
