    Gricing - on and off - since the late 60s. Some photography but how I wish I'd spent money on a better camera earlier... Model railways when space allows i.e. not at the moment. Railway career (S&T 10 years then Telecomms to the end) from 1971 until Network Rail chewed up and spat out all those with experience and opinions some eight years ago. I still travel the network but get more pleasure from old photos of how it used to be which is probably a familiar theme on here! Working my way through DavidF's posts at the moment - never seen so many original good quality pictures in one place. Amazing.

    Hello there, I know this is a long time after your original post (and I've replied to the Stationmaser in the same vein) , but I'm interested in the infrastructure mileages from the ELR you mentioned.
