Rapido Newsletter 165 brings the news that orders for the VIA HEP2 Budd coaches has been so strong that Rapido has decided to tool up the correct sides and underbody for the HEP2 coaches If sales go over 1500 coaches by June 15th they will also tool up the correct interiors. Drone footage of snow removal operations. First video has them clearing one of the tracks by plowing, second video has them using the rotary to clear the 2nd track that had snow put on it clearing the first track. Unless Accurascale release a J70 I don't think you can make such a claim as the potential market for different models will be a factor in a decision by any company.

Not a fair comparison. There is a difference in the financial calculations when the company is a side project and the owner(s) have full time jobs to pay their day to day life costs vs a company that is actually paying salaries to multiple employees plus the other additional costs (rent/insurance/etc).

Others have answered this. Not sure what your point here is. The research has also been done for the 15xx And the accompanying tram carriages weren't being proposed/offered.

Except those others aren't offering the 15xx. It can often be easier to sell into a market that already exists (GWR) than to attempt to have a none-existent market (Great Eastern in 7mm) to yourself. Once your name is established in a given market (this case O/7mm) then you can try being more adventurous.

One would also think that the expectations would be based on the amount of promotion done.
