As per thread title, I have ordered a single issue of BRM on the World of Railways website to read before considering a subscription to the title. I placed the order and received an email receipt on 21/06/2018 & as yet haven't received this. Is it normal for it to take this amount of time for an issue to be sent out?

Being an out and out novice myself...is there a scale/gauge that would lend itself better to a small/micro layout?

Hi luke the trainspotter. I have just read this thread from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed seeing how this has come together. Great inspiration to me as it's all done on a modest budget and is a micro layout. Being new to the hobby myself & having little space at home and a modest budget myself, it certainly inspires me to possibly attempt something similar in the not too distant future.

Yeah, more's the pity. This looked quite promising.
