I asked Bachmann that question some time ago and was told they mean the same thing. It is just a change of status internally within Bachmann.

If this was the case I would expect it to be shown on the availability list as 'Out Of Stock'. It is not on the list at all.

The correct price is £199.95. It has already been in the shops, I assume that Farish are having another production run as the major retailers have it listed as expecting stock in June

Totally agree From the January 2018 rolling stock announcements (62 items) 5 have been delivered (Hawksworth coaches and the 20 Ton Brake Van BR Railfreight) 19 are currently scheduled to be delivered in the next 12 months 38 currently have no published delivery date
