I started this layout on the 1st April using parts and timber I had in stock. I have ended up buying a couple of building kits, station building and a Wills Chapel kit that became an engine shed and a back scene. Layout size is 114x31cm or 3ft7 x 1ft in old money.

Recent work includes building some new wagons (W^D Models Kits) and some troops walking back down the line

Wanting to run a Bachmann Baldwin and my other 009 layout not suitable I acquired an old ammunition box and built a small WW1 themed inglenook layout designed to be housed in and displayed on the box. Only done a couple of exhibitions but it's been well received so far.

I have acquired a PE100 hand held controller made by AGW Electronics. Does any here still use one? Reviews from "back in the day" seem to indicate that it is a good controller. However I wonder if any has or is using one and whether it is ok with modern motors?
