  1. Andyman7 MDR in Portishead is still showing 37001 Sound Fitted as being available tp pre order.
  2. 92003 on 7X98 Wembley to Doncaster passing through Peterborough running 140 minutes late dated 29th March 2005. The consist had a brand new Hull Trains Pioneer unit 222104 within it.
  3. A not very clean 92043 Debussy being hauled through Peterborough on, I think 7E98 on 16th March 2005. 92's came through Peterborough very early mornings either from Wembley or Dollands Moor. Sometime had the Hull Trains Pioneer Class unit within the consist.
  4. Hornby now have service sheet 456 for the APT (NDM and DTS). It shows that the non-sound decoders can be fitted by removing two screws holding part of the underframe on each of these vehicles to gain access to the 8 pin decoder socket.
  5. Found this image of a well loaded MHA near Avonmouth in 2018. Plenty of vegetation growing in it. This wagon does not have the pipe(s) running along the sole bar.
  6. It seems quite easy to modify the lighting arrangement on the 86/0. I am using a Zimo MX638D with direction of loco movement changed in CV29. On the PCB. Remove the plug from CN7 on fit into CN8. CN8 is the spare socket in the middle between those for the lights and pickups. These are nearest the bulkhead of the cab moulding. F0 the operates Head and Tail directionally. F2 operates Head lights only (number 2 end). F4 operates Tail lights only (number 2 end).
  7. A long time ago, the flexible track used to sold in Steel, Brass or Nickle Silver options. The codes were:~ SL100S Steel (S) SL100B Brass (B) SL100X Nickle Silver (NS) While flexible track was available as above, points and crossings were just NS hence the 'X'. After Brass and Steel were dropped the 'X' part of the poduct code was dropped. Graham
