    Question: Which CAD programme do you recommend or use for work on model signals. I'm working on colour light ones using FreeCad but it is quite complicated.

      There's plenty of kits about, but if you want to use cad then i use autodesk fusion 360. I know people are successful with tinker cad which is free.
