  1. Hi Dave, Yep, that's what I thought and have wired it as you suggested, but unfortunately, no joy! Cheers. Paul
  2. Hi All, I tried this in "infrastructure, p/way and signalling and didn't have much luck, so I thought I'd try it here. I was wondering if someone could help me. I have a 3 aspect Traintronics signal with Junction Route Indicator (Feathers). I'm using the DCC Concepts Omega point motor, and, as far as I can see, I've wired the signal according to both set of instructions. The 3 aspects of the signal work fine as does the point motor, but what I can't get to work is the feathers if the points are reversed. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers. Paul

  4. Surely you would only need two functions if you left the lights as directionally controlled and just the function to turn them on or off? Cheers. Paul
  5. Hi All, Thank you for your thoughts. So annoying that really great models have this totally un-realistic problem. Come on manufacturers head and tail lights as a different function and we can all get it right! Cheers. Paul
  6. Thank you all for your thoughts and ideas. I will mull it over and decide which way to go. But again thank you all. Paul
  7. Hi All, Do any of you know how to separate the headlight from the taillight operation (normally on function 0)? It's so annoying that when a loco is attached to a train that the taillights are showing. This, of course, is totally un-prototypical. I would be grateful for the benefit of your knowledge. Thanks. Paul
  8. Hi All, I want to wire up 4 aspect signals not using a rotary switch under DC, but preferably using a DPDT switch and 'reading ahead' to the next signal. For example - the switch will just give an 'ON' or 'OFF' for the signal, when 'OFF' the aspect will be dependent as to what the next signal is showing - if it's red then this signal would be single yellow, if the next signal is single yellow this signal would be double yellow etc. I saw a pretty good wiring diagram for 3 aspect signalling, but I haven't seen anything for 4 aspects, and I'm not proficient enough to adapt the 3 aspect wiring! I hope one of you clever guys out there can help me, and please, keep it as simple as possible! Thanks all.
