After attempts to reshape a warped body shell failed and spares being pennies I decided to start again with the project so in what is a large picture dump here is limas continental shunter it’ll end up in Railfreight grey

Hi I was painting the bed for a 1/72 scale truck from an academy kit at thought actually would this make a good substitute for Teaking Hornby coaches? It is a bit matte but this is Hornby 62

As you can see it’s a long way from horrendous but if I’m going to the trouble of making it into something I’d like it to be less warped

Ive got an old 040 continental style shunter by lima (the little blue one) and it has a slightly distorted bodyshell, Is it possible to re shape it or take the sitortion out of it? it doesnt affect the running or overall shape its just like it has been too close to heat in one place

could this eventually be programmed to operate automatically when the train approaches?
