  1. Having arrived yesterday 66001 has been thoroughly run in on a rolling road. The front deflection plate complete with the two air pipes has been fitted from the detail pack after releasing the body off in a matter of seconds with thanks to Accurascale support. The sound file is fab with a nice deep bass and no distortion. Nothing has fallen off and straight from the box it's a superb smooth runner with all axle boxes rotating and correct lights showing. Thank you @Accurascale Fran

  3. Hi there Can anybody recommend a faded orange paint for coverage on 1:76 figures ,I'm wanting to paint the small hi-viz tops from the 70s/80s that railway workers wore.
  4. Hi all, I purchased two MK1 coaches from a collectables shop on Saturday but cannot work out who manufactured them. They are an all plastic construction with metal wheels,no numbers are present and no make visible, see photos.

  6. Hi Can anybody tell me if this company is still trading. I ordered a kit on the 4th of Jan but haven't received anything and no reply to emails or contact details forthcoming. Regards David Kellett
  7. Can anyone point me in the direction of obtaining the white headcode discs for a Bachmann Class 20 please. Thanks in advance.
  8. Hi I have made myself three separate layout tables, approx 4ft long X 3ft wide, all told its 12 ft long length sitting together. The era is around circa 2000 so plenty of EWS 37s and class 66s,Loadhaul 56 and 60 and a railtrack 121 route learner, all sound fitted.Rolling stock includes BDAs ,forthcoming Cavalex BBAs and plenty of ballast wagons and turbot wagons. What i need are ideas and inspiration track plans etc, want to keep it fairly simple with not many points as wiring them up is not my thing, thinking of a steel terminal to make use of the stock i have and EWS diesel depot.I also want to incorporate low relief buildings and a backscene.Do i just go with a straight layout or a L shape to incorporate curves.Ideally i wanted a tailchaser layout but have just not got the room(a tight loft space) Regards David
  9. Can anybody help I have a gauge master prodigy dcc01 handset and have recently bought a train tech ds1 signal. My problem is setting the signal up. It's connected with the two metal prongs into a piece of Bachmann track and is showing a constant green light, if I take a piece of wire to short it out it then flashes red and green but how do I use the handset described to give it a accessory number Thank you
