Since the opening of the Living Well Centre in 2016, they have been able to offer support and care to families from diagnosis, through end of life and on to bereavement – providing individualised care for the whole family, not just the patient. All services are provided free of charge. Which they could not deliver this outstanding care without the support from the community they only get 13.5% of funding from the government? The rest comes from amazing, generous people in the community, without this they simply couldn’t offer the outstanding care that they are known for. registered charity number: 299731 check us out at https://portsmouthrailex.wixsite.com/website or https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Ffb.me%2Fportsmouthrailex2020&h=AT3B3fRvouBQuqMDc66CxcIWuHVOs4RK21BKbAApYClcs_28K3SLNvMOf_2CKrfsi-n7-nlErFS66ciBnnhdLhMKEgMteqUNooppX4Ox89WIZxKsvrGVktttuJexQ8JC4LFi9qh_hPijweAdIOeZoRP7E72zoMaHJrl3pbeing
