  1. Passenger wise, blue and grey Mk2a TSOs with the occasional MK1 thrown in and a MK1 brake of some kind (BG or BSK) on the back.
  2. Here's some shots of my attempt at weathering 409. I was going for the light to medium look you often see these DRS loco's in.
  3. Mine arrived this morning. Another highly detailed wagon bursting with separately applied fine detail, especially the underframe. Definitely different in many aspects than the competition but will easily fit in with each other. Happily waiting for the re-run of the JNA's now to finish that rake off.
  4. I read that the first 10 were released into service in September 2014.
  5. I've ordered two of these. They look great. I've also got a pack of the accurascale version, and as good as they are in detail, they are overly heavy, not very free rolling and the tail lamp is slightly annoying as it wouldn't even be present on many moves.
  6. Holly moly the 37402s they just released on the website sold fast!!! Was 8 mins late reading the email as was busy weathering 409. Dashed for my card (as much as you can in a leg brace!) And there were 6 left, by the time I'd entered the details and paid they were sold out again 🫣
  7. If it helps Tim at Arcadia Models in Shaw has some 37409 in stock
  8. As much as 608 will surely be popular, I can't wait to see how good the fade on 609 looks! That's the standout one for me.
  9. Finally a pristine GWR version. Glad I held off from that weathered monstrosity now!
  10. Must admit I'm interested too as picked up 409 last week and after realising how good they are I'm wanting 402. You are next level obsessed stalker though 🤣
  11. I got the last 409 from TMC earlier. Been on the fence for a while but decided to go for it after seeing all the pics floating around. I did also see that Pete's Spares had 3 left if anyone's still looking.
  12. Must be time for a FGW 158 by now 😁
  13. Brill, thanks guys that's great to know.
  14. Yeh the lights aren't right. Shame as waited ages for this re-release. The lenses are there for the markers, so guess it's a re-solder job.
  15. The Colas 70s have arrived in some stores too, just paid for mine.
  16. Not surprised at all. I'd imagine they'll all sell out. The second hand market is silly and makes yesterdays prices seem cheap. Even yesterday afternoon one went for £285 🫣
  17. Hopefully a FGW 158 will appear (surely either this or Northern must be next in the queue?!?). Oh and the ever elusive Colas 70.
  18. None of these photos are mine and I suppose might not be suitable for an end to end, but here's the tango 405 with... Autoballasters RHTT With NR 97 and logs Surely won't be long before it appears on a Colas operated test train aswell. They all seem to after a while!
  19. Can someone help with the two GWR offerings please? Are they essentially the same apart from the running numbers? Looks like the underframe detail differs, but could just be that the photo is taken from the opposite side. My knowledge of these isn't great and I can't decide which is the case.

According to a Hattons email, it sounds like the GBRF Gaugemaster special has now been delayed until March 2024 which is disappointing. It was due this month, so how did it just loose a year!?!
  21. Bachmann GWR 45t Ransomes & Rapier Crane now also reduced to £124 at TMC! I've finally succumbed... https://www.themodelcentre.com/38-801-Bachmann-oo-gauge-ransomes-rapier-45t-steam-breakdown-crane-gwr-grey
  22. Thanks. So what dates did it wear this livery then please?
