Hello, I've recently purchased Bachmann's new class 158 in GWR livery with sound. It is a fantastic model! Now if you have cab lights function on, when the train is stood still, the rear cab lights come on. When you move, the lights turn off . Now I understand many people find this to be incorrect wiring by Bachmann and many others find it to be a guards light. - Personally I don't have an opinion but I want it to be the forward cab light. What CVs would I go about changing to make it the front cab light oppose to the back cab light which turns on/off during operation? Thank you for your help!

Thanks for your reply. I'm currently leaning towards to older, original release - which your message contradicts. Was this problem something that affected all models or only some? Also I would be using this on a completely flat layout. Is this a problem Hornby would fix on the model if I contacted them about it? Thanks for your time

Hello, I'm currently looking at the GWR Class 800. Ive found the original 5 car pack with Gooch and Brunel and the newer split coaches/cab ends set with Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II. I was wondering if there were any differences between the two sets as they came out at different points. E.g. upgrades/livery changes. Thank you for your help
