Can anyone confirm the minimum radius that a Heljan 37 will run on. I have an oval test track of 16 , Peco St725 Second radius set track curves. My Class 31 runs around no problem. My Class 37 doesn’t get close to fitting on the track. the Class 31 bogies turn beyond the body of the loco , the 37 doesn’t . Is there something wrong with my 37 or is it not able to turn very much

Hi I’m new to Dcc and though I would try fitting a decoder to a Bachman 170. The decoder is a Gaugemaster Dcc 27 I removed the 8 pin connector. open up the 170. I lifted and cut off the pcb board ( possible mistake) I connected grey,black, red, orange wires ( just twisted wires ) and tested it . the controller ( Z21 roco ) shows a short when I connect red or black. Train works fine DC was my error removing the pcb board?
