Right, so I think I found the general location for the line, I'd say it would stem off south of Wolverhampton, maybe just between there and Dudley. Then it would head west along its line connecting to the mainlines of the GWR and LNWR. Of course I will change it based on the logic of where its at, I may begin the lines rough sketches soon.

Of course, of course, I got to be honest I'm having lots of fun making the lore of this railway compared to building it so far!

As for location I am currently split between the suggestion of Tuffley Junction or going for something possibly between Birmingham and Wolverhampton. Not quite sure how long I would imagine a railway like this being but if its meant to go to Wales it's probably a decent length. I think I should start making a basic timeline of this place. If this were to end up in Welsh land like my original idea then it would have to cross an already existing joint railway which I doubt makes any sense. I sincerely hope this makes sense and I doubt sound like a fool.

I should've been more clear on that, by that I meant a junction to the joint companies that built it.

Oh don't worry, I'm not doing everything I'm describing, I'm putting forth ideas currently. besides it's quite fun coming up with this sort of lore.

Not sure of space yet, all I know it'll probably be 4mm so I can have my mate run his stock on it. This is only the very early planning stages, just trying to figure out the lore before I get building.

I think I definitely have enough inspiration for the starts of the line, now where should something like the collieries go? or the harbor and mill.

one thing worth mentioning; this line should be fairly north, it has a deal with a line (created by a friend who has been helping me with this) outside of Crewe, so should at least been in a close proximity to that.
