Mac8484 posted a topic in DCC Sound

Is it possible to simply hardwire a TTS Sound decoder into a DC locomotive and thus create both a converted DCC loco that now also features sound? Or does the TTS Sound element have to be a separate upgrade/modification? Thanks in advance!
