another idea for the layout was to have more of a quayside setting however, in the meantime I’m unable to build the boards required and lay track but I should be able to build up stock and the various buildings and other features to this layout as it evolves

well after a move for uni I’ve decided while I can't do any major layout work I can finally properly plan out my idea for my layout here is a rough mock-up on any rail of what I envisioned for my layout a branch line terminus with bay platform cattle dock and loco shed although things might change as I work out what the rest of the branch is and where it would connect with the rest of the network. I’ve chosen to set this layout primary in the early 30s although having the option to run pre nationalised livery stock on it.
