I picked crompton33's tip to try first and that worked easily. Thanks to both responders for their suggestions.

Can anyone advise me on how to dismantle an OOC double-decker? I have removed a rivet head underneath the rear stairs, but that has not freed anything. THere is nothing visible holding everything together. I do not want to force it without more knowledge of how it comes apart. Thanks in advance.
