I have been asked by a good friend who has purchased a Bachmann n gauge class 37 on whether a sound chip could be fitted to a loco of this size. Myself being a 7mm modeller of course could not say yea or nay. Can anyone help, if it can who would supply same ? Donald

A wise choice Peter,this was the first 7mm kit I built not for myself as I was a 00 modeler. A good friend who also modelled in 00 presented the kit and asked me to build the Gladiator Duchess. He could not have picked a better kit as although it was a learning curve for me it was a most enjoyable build. With the result I sold all my 00 collection and now have a few 7mm locos built and still building, I am working on a MOK 4mt 2-6-4t and a member of the 0 gauge guild and attend the local 0 gauge shows. So I thank my good friend for introducing me to 7mm. So I will follow your progress which looks spot on hope you enjoy the build. Donald

Hi i just received my upgraded 511 back on Weds upgraded to 611, on using my handheld controller it works very well however i have not worked out how to regain control at the master. I have tried setting the handheld to another loco number but the master still shows loco 3 no 2 slave and will not take control of it,any ideas as looking at the 611 handbook i have not worked out how to do it. Jon as a fairly new o gauge convert I am following with great interset I had not given a lot of thought with regard to signal construction before, however you have changed that. I enjoy building locos and stock but now also will consider signals. Regards Donald
