  4. We are always happy to hear from new traders wishing to attend alongside our regulars. All trade stands will be in the main house this year with full free wifi if needed and housed around 13 exhibition layouts. For any smaller traders not needing wifi, we have a couple of 6ft trade spaces in one of the WW2 bunkers (full disabled access) which will be housing an extra 7 layouts and as made of 5ft solid concrete so no wifi reception, we have a special discount rate on those two spaces. Last year we had over 600 visitors during the day and we always try and get a good selection of layouts not seen at our previous shows in Woolwich or Bexleyheath The following spaces below are total floor space, so example a 12ft x 4ft space would be enough for 2 x 6ft tables end to end and 2ft behind for standing or sitting, or half the seating space used by a extra 6ft table giving enough room for a single seat behind Traders are asked to supply own tables, although we can supply a limited amount at a small extra hire fee. chairs will be provided for free There will be a OO and N gauge test track at the entrance for your customers to use, if they want to test run any pre owned locos they have bought (DC only) Rates are 18ft x 6ft £50 with wifi 12ft x 6ft £40 with wifi 6ft x 4ft £30 with wifi 4ft x 4ft £20 with wifi 6ft x 4ft £15 no wifi signal Free teas/coffees biscuits and juice for all traders Happy also to hear from any new exhibition layouts who have gone under our radar or not exhibited yet (lunches, biscuits and free teas/coffees and you can opt to have your petrol expenses pre paid via bacs if you want before the show date) contact modelrailwaysigns@hotmail.com Harry and the team Larrisa, Laura and Emma

  20. Nope, unless subject to a change back on gov policy, where they could close all venues again. We will ask for masks to be worn and there are a number of exhibitions going ahead before ours this year, so we can judge if footfall is up or down on these. I am going to as many as possible to check out. Also I am running theatre events at the same venue next month with live plays and these are all nearly sold out and same age demographic as attend model rail exhibitions, so looks promising and judging on how quick all our trader space was taken up, there is a real need for them to be able to sell their items via exhibitions.
  21. DAVID WILLS has just confirmed also as a wanting trade space, and is a well known local trader plus Stuart Robinson who has the amazing French layout shown at our Bexleyheath show, is producing a brand new layout ready for this show.
