  1. We did actually. And some 37’s too. Why we always recommend popping the email into the ‘notify me’ box if you are after anything. You get an alert if any come up as well as helping inform future runs. HTH!
  2. Sold out in about 30 minutes i’m afraid. Was only about 100 packs
  3. 37610 is in batch 2, which is due hopefully in about 4-5 weeks time.
  4. It's on a kinematic mount, to allow for accurate close coupling with other suitably equipped stock.
  5. The Siphons are 143g and have no ballast weights. The body can be removed (clips) but we'd not generally recommend it as there is nothing inside.
  6. As 37/0's they retain generators, so will use the original sound project. HTH!
  7. Have you tried increasing the speed steps? If you have speed steps set to 28 for example, even a small change in throttle control can result in a large step on acceleration which would kick in the wheel slip?
  8. You can access it also here https://accurascale.customerdesk.io/#rp-customer-widget-faq-2578e9fb-c0a0-43d4-b6ad-6e54714ca861 Or by clicking Support under the account area. For ease of memory, I've also redirected https://support.accurascale.com to that URL
  9. Sounds like you’ve just changed direction on the settings. Do a reset (cv 8) and you’ll be back to normal.
  10. It depends on the model you’re installing in. The 37 for example doesn’t use brackets but the 55 does etc. We also sell a lot of accurathrashes for third party locos since apparently we’re rather good value for money. Simply drop our wonderful parts and warranty team a note (warranty@a..com) and we can send you any parts needed (free too)
  11. The spare parts stockpile is in transit with the next batch.
  12. From a recent chat with ESU it seems the component shortage led to some changes on the lok5 which a firmware update should be forthcoming to fully support.
  13. The functions are identical on all locos, and you can download the function list in our support area / product guides / class 37, hope that helps! We are due programmed LokPilots shortly which can be preordered on our website and are our recommended option. https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/collections/dcc-decoders-and-accessories/products/class-37-lokpilot-dcc-decoder
  14. Hi Paul! Feel free to drop us a line if you need to check any orders but the only irish lines announced and not delivered yet are the Mark 2’s (same as accurascale) which are due in the coming months and the newly announced ICR multiple units and now these Park Royals?
  15. No Mazak is a different alloy to Zamak. Hence the different name :) Short history version is that MAZAK was a uk specification for zinc alloy with a 99.95% purity. Zamak is also a zinc alloy with 99.99% purity zinc used and combined with about 4% aluminum.
  16. Basically DHL will collect 20% VAT with a small surcharge (normally £3.50 compensated by us not charging for the shipping at all) and that’s it. No duties or excise duty of any kind is payable. We’ve been shipping this way for a number of months now with 100% success rate.
  17. F17 is the tail lights control and F18 is for the headlight, but once the functions are the same, and you have consisting set up ok on your controller, it should automatically work (if using a Z21, or ESU controller)
  18. At the moment we're shipping from Dublin DAP, so you'll not pay any VAT at point of purchase, (and free post over £100) and then pay 20% HMRC VAT on arrival with DHL.
  19. If you are buying from England, Wales or Scotland the website will remove the irish VAT (23%)
