  1. That issue only impacted a single batch of 37s that had been flashed with incorrect files after an ESU firmware update.
  2. We have a fix for that coming later this year 😃
  3. Once it's packed as an accessory and in the warehouse, we will.
  4. The ETAs are set based on the most current information from production, if there hasn't been an update then the date doesn't move speculatively. On the Buckjumper, I understand final deco samples are in review, and then the delivery date can be cross checked and confirmed, at which point an update will be posted and the status page updated to match, Hope that helps!
  5. https://accurascale.com/status The factory are underway with them and delivery remains on schedule 👍
  6. and £39 more gets you a OO one with high detail, built in stay alive and comprehensive lighting suite and built in speaker. accurascale make serious efforts to ensure pricing is very solid value for money and significantly less than the competition like for like.
  7. Sorry, that sounds a rather trite and cynical platitude? There are many models in the market at varying levels of detail, and it is a simple statement of fact that the more competition and choice in the market, the better for the customer who can then choose what price point and level of detail they prefer. The fact remains and is supported by evidence that adding detail, and indeed technology to a model, does not substantially increase the price above and beyond models, which do not feature additional detail and or technology. if you would rather manufacturers do not comment, either personally, or officially then, that’s also fine, too. I was simply providing some insight.
  8. Some companies will make toys. Some make models. Some make very detailed scale models. Choice is golden.
  9. Of course that’s not what I was attempting to convey so my apologies for the lack of clarity leading to the misconstrual. The Driving Trailing from the TPE set only has an issue in some cases with flickering of the Driving lights only (no other coaches have an issue nor do indeed the interior lights in the DT itself). As we’ve said we have been working on a solution as well as a more permanent fix for the next run and that will be communicated in due course to those who purchased a TPE set from us. As always in the interim should any customer have a concern they are welcome to reach out to the team who can best advise.
  10. All are very different from each other. Even as Class 37/5s - their previous iteration - they were basically each unique once you factor in the donor Class 37/0 (nine were split headcode, three were centre, and the 12 were drawn from both EE and RSH batches with all three roof types). On conversion to 37/5s some received split nose grilles, others split and single-piece grilles, while the Eurostar upgrades introduced another level of modifications that were slowly and not consistently removed by DRS. DRS also made their own changes, although the light clusters and top headlight that are characteristic of the fleet were actually only applied to nine of the 12. The other trio retained their final Eurostar configuration, albeit with the removal of the spotlights. Post-DRS their new owners, such as Europhoenix, have made their own alterations! They are a massive challenge to represent in model form!
  11. Of course we agree but also bear in mind you got a fully lit set of coaches and a DT for £45 a vehicle. The next run resolves in full the flickering issue though pricing will be more in line with our regular output and in the interim Fran has confirmed a silent DCC solution for those who need it in partnership with DCC Concepts, more details of which will be shared once ready.
  12. Actually we send retailer orders out at the same time, but as some retailers orders are as big as our direct orders, it sometimes takes a little time - it's something that we're not happy with at the moment and working on with our warehouse and retail partners....
  13. There are MANY so yes, but you can log in any time at https://accurascale.com to review your orders and make payment at your convenience.
  14. Indeed. In addition to the OEM fitted sound versions we will have LokPilot (silent) chips and Two versions of sound (lokSound) on the website in the coming week.
  15. The production for this run was already nearly complete so there was no chance to review but we were already looking at options for more variants, details and perhaps even loads.
  16. You can ignore the specific due date but they are en route. So about 8 weeks give or take if you want to plan the budget. https://accurascale.com/status
  17. Just confirming these are now in stock and starting to ship, so if you have an unpaid invoice, just log in at https://accurascale.com and hit the pay now button
  18. Our warehouse in Birmingham is indeed pretty enormous ;)
  19. The 2b run was pretty monstrous and the SR banana vans came at the same time as did a trans shipment of irish mk2bs. With several containers at once it’s taken the warehouse team a bit to sort through. We appreciate the patience and should be fully caught up this week.
