About Me

I have worked in the railway industry most of my working life. 

 

I did my apprenticeship At Hunslet Engine Company and was the last works manager at the Jack Lane Works. 

 

I joined the Leeds Model Railway society back in 1974 and I am the current Chairman. 

 

I have built several layouts including the Leeds Trams layout. After a break from building layouts due to spending a lot of time working away from home I am now on with my biggest project to date to build a section of the Hunslet works - see link below for thread.
