    GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR opened the door on the truckman top this morning on pick-up & a hinge pin snaps (why is it make of plastic) so look at the other one its on its way ou as well so get in touch with Truckman to get some new hinges well no way am i paying £30.00 plus vat for a hinge each There is a YipppEE at the end all fixed with 2 10mm bolts with locking nuts cost nothting as i had them to hand

    my sewer pipe blocked again that the 3rd time since December Again it were the pipe enters the manhole 3 doors away it 6 foot down so it need Welsh water to do it

      Ask for a quote if you open and close the ground yourself.

      Likely be fraction of that and also likely you can find a guy with a machine to dig the trench and concrete over.

      If its only one pipe it cant be much of a trench.

    Solicitors taking the piss Almost cost me & my 2 kids £28,000 in Inheritance Tax between us with probate by not reading the Will right & missing that £70,000 was going to charity which just drops the total below the limit A good job my Dad & I pick it up But this is what we are paying for so we should not have to tell the Solicitors what in the Will as they have the original will so a big GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR from me

      Any chance of using transfer of nil rate band? That can reduce or even negate IHT. https://www.gov.uk/inheritance-tax/leaving-assets-spouse-civil-partner

      we do not now need to pay any IHT but would have if the amount going to Charity was not but on the taken off 1st ( anything going to Charity is taken off before working out if there is IHT to pay which the limit is £325,000 )

      Physio should be able to help more once they have the MRI Scan results to work with. Deepest sympathies from one who has been through this and very fortunately has had good recovery.

      My deepest sympathies: I've been suffering from vertigo for 8 months. Wake up feeling drunk, stagger about (mostly) and go to bed feeling the same. Just had an MRI scan - waiting for results. I hope they can find a cure for you: don't give up.

      Thanks everyone last night was a bad one got around 1 hours of disturbed sleep

      the ME/CFS is in full swing its tuck me 20 minutes to get down the stairs the ME not been this bad since I 1st got it before I new how help to control it With other things that when on in 2015 I hope this sorted Quickly so I can have a good 2016
