      Leaf tea is preferred in our household so nether of the OP options apply.  And yes - it's either Yorkshire (imported but blended and packed there) or Cornish (grown and packed there).

      East Coast at one time - National Express days was when it started - developed what might best be described as the very irritating habit of not using separate pots for tea or coffee and then not very thoroughly de-flavouring' them between uses.  So coffee flavoured tea was all too common place on the ECML - and it tasted bloomin' awful.

       

      Starmucks also seems to serve coffee flavoured tea at times.  But fortunately my experience of their establishments is extremely limited in large measure due to the stuff they call tea which very definitely hails from neither Yorkshire or Cornwall..

    Can we have a vote for disabling the public message to another member feature? I'd like to see it gone so that messages intended as private don't end up 'inappropriately' public.

      I'll look at whether it can be done easily but I fear it'll need some code removal which will probably lead to hurricanes in Bolivia.

      While you're at it, would it be possible to put a note on the Status Update message creation screen mentioning that Status Updates aren't suitable for questions, etc? We seem to have had a number of people posting about their layouts and/or with questions in Status Updates, and @truffy (for one) has been fielding them with advice to post questions in threads instead due to Status Updates just not being around long enough.

    Currently sawing grooves into the plywood strips for the fiddleyard boards for S&P, to enable them to curve better. I don't remember it hurting my hands so much when I did it a decade ago for the test track board curves. What a difference ten years and reaching the age of fifty makes...

      If you click on a user's name it takes you to their profile page and the box at the top is to send a public message which appears on their feed and shows up in the status update box.
