  1. Perhaps you could run some football specials?
  2. Hi Fred, That's a super video you have posted, very informative. It certainly helps me to see the layout of the 19m3 original tender. It looks to be that the model offered on Ebay was the Altaya 2.670 locomotive coupled to a Rivarossi 34m3 tender from a 3.1173. Such a move is certainly in keeping with what was happening with some of the class. Of course I wonder what the vendor did with the original Altera 19m3 tender and the Rivarossi Pacific! Thanks again for posting the video! I've bookmarked it and added it to my collection of bookmarks for the Nord 2.670 (221A30).
  3. Hi Fred, you are right I should have written Super Pacific! (I'm building the DJH Modelloco H0 version of the Nord Atlantique, so have clearly got that in to my fingers instead of the correct description). Where on earth did I get 3min15 from? Ah, I see - I took the video length instead of the correct timestamp where it showed 2:30 / 3:15. I'll get it right one day! ☺️ I didn't know that Fulgurex had also made the Atlantique. I've seen a Rivarossi (?) one on Ebay, which seems to have mutually exclusive fittings from the saturated steam era and the superheated steam era.
  4. Hi Fred, at 3mins15, is that the Fulgurex model of the Nord Super Atlantique? Dave
  5. Really? I made no comment about you at all! I see though that you have decided to dish out an order to me. Nevertheless you didn't take note on the Forum's 'you are not replying to the latest post in the topic' message. Who are you to tell me what I should read? I have solved that one by adding you to my 'Ignored Users' list.
  6. Ooh - looks like I've stumbled across Andy York's invisible ink!
  7. How about the Scale Link ones - now traded as 'Fretcetera' ? There are 5 styles on the linked fret.
  8. Ah, are those BOB stock the 3D printed versions which started to appear on Ebay earlier today?
  9. Who in all likelihood will be away undertaking Diversity Inclusivity Training. 🙄
  10. If the pilot and navigator are replaced by a pre-programmed machine, it would appear that the concept of a 'B Ark' becomes feasible. 😳
  11. I thought I had stumbled into a Microsoft Windows thread for a moment 🤪
  12. The fellow who repairs clockwork items (especially clocks and watches!) on 'The Repair Shop' appears to use this (or something with a similar label) in solution in an ultrasonic bath.
  13. Hi, When I click through Forums > Trade & Products Zone > Products and Trade Area > Smaller Suppliers, then select "Small Supplier database" the page displayed appears to be a copy of the Forum front page. Screenshot shown below; I note that the page address says that it is the small_supplier-database.html but it doesn't appear to be so.
  14. FWIW Lemaco issued a Re4/4i in N. It is 18.55mm wide excluding handrails, 19.55mm wide including the handrails. I'm sure that the GWR modellers feel the same way when folk say that there's no difference between Saints, Stars, Halls and Castles (the Churchward and subsequent versions, of course!)
