    In my RCTS book it says that 50 ROD's were loaned to the CR from 1919 to 1921. Probably the hire didn''t last long enough to carry the LMS livery. Leen.

    My City of Truro arrived sound and safe today, after having been in a warehouse in Holland since Friday, delivery probably delayed due to the snow. It's a beautiful model and it has been worth the wait and the money, and I'm also happy to support the NRM, having had free access on the several occasions when I visited York. I am looking forward to the next NRM release, maybe the Stirling Single or the MR compound. Leen.

    I tried to order my copy of the model, but the NRM online shop can only take data from UK residents. Hard to believe these days. (Edit)- I just found out that international orders can be taken by telephone at (0044)-1904 685 730. You have to leave your details, and will be called back later. Leen.
