  1. The problem as far as I'm aware is using PVA & Liquid Lead is using it in confined air tight spaces? I have used it under wagons like this for years without any problems.
  2. Should be easy enough to remove the liquid led from the area where it fouls the flanges ?
  3. That seems like a good solution to the problems with these type of bogies 👍
  4. Have you omitted working pony wheels in favour of reliable running?
  5. My personal favorite of the show was the wonderful Bristol Avon Bridge...
  6. Really enjoying your pics David. It's funny how we would wait for a special, but the pics we take of the everyday services while we are waiting are even more interesting 🙂
  7. Following with great interest, could I ask where you acquired the Warship plate from?😎
  8. I use Kadee’s for coaching stock & 3 links for freight. More recently I have been experimenting with homemade magnetic couplings for freight with good results, these do require the “hand of god“ to uncouple but couple automatically. Phill
  9. Don't think they go any 7mm glazing?
  10. I didn't renew my membership this year after being a member for about 20 years & I have no regrets. Phill
  11. Hi Lee, It was great to see you too, I'm afraid I have only just seen your post as I stopped posting my progress on RMWEb as I got the impression I was pretty much I was talking to myself more or less Cheers Phill
  12. Hi Simon, I have found your experiment with Tam Valley & the Duchess most interesting, I do hope you resolve your issues with the Tam Valley system as at present it seems tge only option for synchronised true loco sound for us dead rail types. Cheers Phill
  13. Yes its that one I think? But it was a lot more complicated than that. The loco is not finished yet, the blue patches are where the Scotish numbers were.
