    Heaven save us all. That giggling prat Vine is back on Radio 2. It was a joy to hear Vanessa Feltz last week (and I'm no particular fan). At least she let all her contributors speak without interrupting and giggling. He has started already in his inane way giggling and making flippant remarks about the impending Danish Ash disease. He seems to think that It's funny.
