  1. Is wondering my RMweb Gold membership has bee removed even though I'm a paid up member ?

      Well, your gold badge is currently still being displayed so you should be able to access the "Gold Only" areas of the forum to check.  I'm a Gold Member too, but I got AY Mod to hide the badge as I wasn't keen on flaunting it at the time...

      It's all sorted now my rmweb and world of railways accounts became unsynchronised for some odd reason.

  2. Looks like I'm in the doghouse this weekend after taking SWMBO to the Milton Keynes show yesterday and as she walked ahead of me I bought another Bachmann class 37.

      I've been tempted to have a go at a little project based on the cambrian area but the project can operate late steam and BR blue diesels layout thread will be started very soon

      You have my sympathies... last night I was sent o na wild goose chase from Crewe to Beswcot with the wrong loco, had to turn back and take it back to Crewe before working the correct train, which nobody had the wit, intelligence or decency to tell me about!

      Dolphins are usually fairly easy to see from Tresaith, we staying in the old Coastguards house about 8 years ago.

  18. Losing interest with DCC sound so may have a couple of locos up for sale soon where could I advertise them I'm avoiding that well known auction site and faceache as I've had nothing but trouble with them in the past.

  25. Enjoyed a day at the SVR with my little girl and father in law and finally had the 15XX for haulage

      The SVR is such a gem, especially off season, it somehow feels more like a 'real' railway then. Just wished I lived a bit closer...
