  1. Hi everyone, We will indeed do a video featuring the sounds of the locos including the two different sound files in the first batch (depending on 66 variant). As I’m sure you can appreciate it’s been very busy here the past few weeks since the 66 production samples arrived, with two big shows and arrivals in stock of the Mark 2s, banana vans and warwells. All these take up a lot of our time. Cheers! Fran
  2. Hi folks, As ever, there are two sides to every story. While it has been quite laborious getting the Mark 2 coaches here and out to everyone, we also appreciate we can always do better, but we look after all retailers equally and are working to make their lives A LOT easier going forwards. It is also worth remembering that we were direct selling first, rather than retailer based who switched to selling direct. We opened to retailers at their numerous and continuous request to do so. Selling direct allows us to keep prices keen for the consumer while still offering retailers an excellent margin while offering real value for their customers, but that is a conversation for another day, and as it's Business to Business relationship, not something for a public forum. If any of your retailers have a grumble, encourage them to reach out to us direct via email, rather than suffering in silence. We are always here to help best we can. Cheers! Fran
  3. Hi Brian, We are still dispatching orders (Mark 2b, Banana vans and warwells all arrived together, so it's taken a huge effort to get them all out!) but hope to have everything away by COB tomorrow. If you havent heard anything by then please drop sales@accurascale.com an email and we will look into it for you. Cheers! Fran
  4. Hi everyone, We're on the road again this weekend as we hit the nation's capital for The London Festival of Railway Modelling at Alexandra Palace. We will be on hand to chat about our upcoming releases and show our latest samples, including: Production Class 66 Samples Decorated Class 37 run 2 samples Decorated Class 55 run 2 Samples Decorated Class 50 run 1 samples Decorated Class 31 run 1 samples Decorated Class 89 samples Decorated Ruston 88DS O gauge samples Production Mark 2b samples Production Banana van samples decorated Mark 1 subs decorated Mark 2c samples decorated NER hopper samples decorated Andrew Barclay tanks production Warwells in OO decorated P class decorated 16 tonners Tooling samples of the buckjumper Tooling Samples of The Panniers We will also have our latest catalogue and postcards on hand for you to take absolutely free, and while we all love a bit of announcement froth, I can confirm that we will not have an all new announcement ahead of the show as we focus on delivering outstanding models and also we will be announcing models later in the development process to cut down on waiting times for modellers. Don't worry though, if you like using monthly payment systems like Partially we will still give you plenty of notice and time to pay, just a little less than a couple of years! We hope to see you there! Cheers! Fran
  5. Hi John, As per my previous post, we will have the details once we have gone through everything in due course. As it stands the decoder is not in danger of being damaged. Our focus is having performance of the sound decoder as it should be for the end user who has had a problem with sound cutting out on them, which has happened on some models. Cheers! Fran
  6. Hi @Tiny151, The decoder will not help DC users I'm afraid. We would recommend DC users to look to see if they can adjust the pickups to the bogies, and if they need further assistance (or lack confidence in adjusting pickups) to contact our support team via the website. Cheers! Fran
  7. Hi Derek, We are still working on this with ESU. They met us in Dublin this week to discuss the best route forward. We will have updates on a fix for affected models in the coming weeks and full details will be provided then. Cheers! Fran
  8. Hi everyone, As @McC has mentioned, we have been working with our friends at DCC Concepts to develop a decoder specific for the Mark 5 DT and this is now ready. We will have more details and will open pre-ordering within the next week as there are still some final details to be confirmed. Once that's done, we will let you know and get the order book open! Cheers! Fran
  9. Hi @virginhst539, Correct, we send them out estimating a time based on the information given by our logistics partners and the factory, but there is never any need to pay for it until the items are in stock. Of course, you can pay it in advance if you so wish, you have the choice either way and the advance warning helps you to plan your modelling budget. Once they land, we will post it here and of course on our social media channels, so you will know it's time to pay then. Cheers! Fran
  10. Hi @Mr chapman, It could well happen in the future but not at this time. Cheers! Fran
  11. I should’ve seen the door in the middle, and it’s why I usually stay off RMWeb on Saturday evenings after some refreshments are taken on board 🤣. It does demonstrate the position of the white stripe however, and while we see some variations in NSE livery, we found in research that our position was the most consistent and in line with the coaches we have modelled. On the cantrail stripe, all our research on 2b coaches showed them on the gutter, so replicated on our models. It may have been different on 2a coaches, but for 2b as modelled it’s correct. As for a Mk2c FK in Trans-Pennine livery, all but a single example of the Mk.2c FK in Trans-Pennine livery were the earlier phase with the large toilet window. If anyone has a picture of late-phase 13532 with the small toilet window in the Provincial scheme we'd love to see it! Cheers! Fran
  12. Hi Will, Pic of real Mark 2a we used for inspiration of livery including lower white stripe. According to actual livery diagram it is just 50mm or 0.656mm in OO. Cheers! Fran
