  9. Hi Phil, Keep an eye out for an update coming soon.....
  10. As we await the final pre-production samples from the factory which will include the latest sound file and final speaker setup, the testing of our painted samples has continued. Thanks to Barrow Hill Junction; BR Blue 56008 was given a MGR working very prototypical for the area whilst 56049 was given some mileage on bogie tank wagons. Link to YouTube video here: Please keep an eye out for updates coming soon.
  11. Morning WCML100, sorry for the delay in replying, I have not logged in for a few days. It was a shame that you couldn’t make DEMU this year, we had a few goodies on display that might have been of interest! We will be posting a project’s update over the next couple of weeks which will include photos of the latest pre-production samples. Hope that helps.
  12. Thanks to Guy and all those involved for organising another great show and a most enjoyable weekend. Thanks to everyone that took the time to visit our stand and spend time chatting with us about our projects. Our thanks also to the Pwllheli team and to Shane and the Southgate Park team for allowing us to run our 56 on their respective layouts, thank you. Looking forward to 2024 already!
  13. Nice to see our red cradle HAAs featured in the latest issue of Rail Express Modeller, our thanks to the RE magazine for their review. Certain packs of HAAs/CDAs are still available from both Trains4U and KMS Railtec.
  14. Hi Deltic Man, Sadly Covid has impacted this project and with the delays caused by the epidemic and other issues in China, unfortunately the knock on effect is a backlog which hasn't helped. We are working closely with the factory to get the PHA/JGA project progressing to the production stage of the process as soon as practically possible. We are just awaiting updated samples from the factory, which are due imminently (The factory is currently making the samples), for final approval ahead of the project moving to the production stage of the process. The wagons are expected later this year. We will provide updates as and when we have further information. Thank you for your patience.
  15. Class 56 - Improvements We’ve been working with the factory to make further improvements to the 56 ahead of the production models, with the mesh horn grille being an area we wanted to focus on. As you can see the mesh has been further improved vs the painted samples alongside other areas which we will showcase on the production samples.

  20. Hi Mal, sorry to hear about the issues that you are experiencing with your BLA. I have sent you a pm. We will get this resolved for you. Best Regards Alex
  21. Thank you to everyone that has posted on our thread since the announcement last week and for the positive reaction to our Class 60 project. We are delighted with the comments and feedback received so far and very excited to share this fantastic project with the modelling community. Thanks to those that attended Model Rail Scotland at the weekend and visited our stand to discuss the Class 60 and our other projects. It was a great weekend. A lot of time and effort has gone into this locomotive project, and we are very excited to bring this to fruition. I can see me getting a few of these for my layout!
  22. Hi ADB968008, it was good to see you at the weekend and talk about our Class 60 project. Lamp irons were the main topic of conversation on Saturday night which caused some in depth discussions between Cav and I…..however, the outcome is still the same!!!!! I am really pleased to hear that you came away from visiting our stand having seen first-hand the 3D print which captures the face of the locomotive so well. Hopefully you can now fully appreciate what we are trying to achieve with our Class 60 project. The 3D print certainly gives you a visual representation of what to expect when the first EP arrives. As I am sure you could probably tell from our chat, we are all very passionate about our projects and in particular this Type-5. If you couldn’t tell, we quite like these Brush Beasts! Thanks for taking the time to pop by and have a chat. I must confess; we were a little disappointed that we were not offered an ice cream!
  23. Thanks to Colin and all the organisers for a great show. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend meeting visitors and talking about model railways. It was great to see that the show was well supported. Thanks to everyone that took the time to visit our stand and say hello. We are very much looking forward to next year's show.
