After installation don't forget to turn off all the privacy switches. That will stop your PC sending a lot of info to Microsoft although probably not all.

Your data is probably already held by various hackers and the People's Liberation Army of China....

Look at this site, http://www.slate.com/articles/technology/bitwise/2015/08/windows_10_privacy_problems_here_s_how_bad_they_are_and_how_to_plug_them.html, to find some of the more obscure locations to turn of privacy switches and keep the minimum amount of data going to Microsoft.

  6. "Have you seen the refuse collectors?" "No. But follow the rubbish left on the floor and I'm sure you'll find them" I am now definitely sick and tired of all the cr*p our bin men leave behind them after the visit. It's simple. If you drop it PICK IT UP!!!!!!!!

My observation is that a lot of folk simply let go of cans, bottles etc and gravity is to blame for their litter being on the footpath etc.

Nice thought Highlandman, I second that. And having been a shop worker once, a thought is also spared for all them working it in whatever capacity.

  9. Yeah! You get to meet some interesting, friendly and helpful people in the world of model railways. Thank you.

  12. Don't you just hate it when you take a picture of work you are doing and all it shows is the marks, errors and missed paint that you thought you had found.

  19. I really do hate it when online retailers can not be bothered to put product pictures on their sites. It's a bit like walking in to a shop and looking around with your eyes shut.

Hang in there. Try to do little stuff. Nothing too taxing (or financially costly! :) ). Breathe. You're amongst friends. We understand. :)
