Lochearnhead station building laser cut kit
George Woodcock replied to roundhouse's topic in Modelling real locations
Hello A very nice model indeed. These kits are very good. I have used their Ballachulish kit for my new layout of the same name which will debut at Model Rail Scotland in Glasgow in February. It also features in the current edition of Railway Modeller. As you say the laser cut kits go together very well with only a few minor tweaks to finish them off. Saved me an awful lot of scratch-buliding. Once again thanks for sharing your building with us. Cheers George -
Towcester's last show at DEMU Showcase was very successful if a bit of a sad farewell but all good things come to an end. The layout is now in its lock-up awaiting disposal so if any-one is interested in making a reasonable offer for it please contact me or John. The DCC power equipment is not included in the sale as it is being used on our last two surviving layouts. Some of the rolling stock is available separately subject to negotiation. Cheers George

He phoned me up there and said ' don't worry George it's only a mopdel train show, lifer's more important than that'. RIP old friend. Cheers George
