      Yes; our clocks correct. You may need to go to your profile settings and check you've got the right time zone / DST settings checked.

      Depends on the train operator but you are allowed to talk in the Quiet Zone on FGW for example - but obviously not go mad about it (but then that applies in the rest of the train anyway according to the Byelaws).
