Its going to be a good weekend Jeremy!

I have weathered up the coil hoods and built a rake of BBAs. Other than that not much different Anthony. You didnt see everything run at Lichfield though as most it was out of order!

Hey Peter don't panic me its not until a week on Saturday!!

Ha ha well you have more time to get some stock done. I would like to get to the DEMU show one year, seems like it's normally a good show.

Cheers Peter.

It is a good show Peter. I'm surprised that you haven't managed to catch it before when you've been over.

Hi Cav,

Last time I was over on my own I had to go back the weekend before. But I did manage to do the Swanage diesel gala and my old clubs exhibition.

I will get there one day.

Cheers Peter.

Rear of the road bridge by the station now done. A few road vehicles added too. Not strictly period with the cars but nothing that couldn't have been there. I will add some more period ones as I find them.

The double decker will get repainted into Stevensons yellow black and white but will have to stay as it is for DEMU.

Only the pics further back in the thread. I've still to fit the couplers but I will be doing that this week in preparation for the show next Saturday.

Cheers Bob, I notice that you're at DEMU next week with Sandiacre, I'll look forward to taking a peek at that while I'm there.

Ok the obligatory photo and video post from DEMU.

First up a shot of the recently closed Moor Street.

Then 56010 rests over in the PW yard while an hst waits to depart towards Derby from platform 1.

A pair of Buxton 37s have been drafted onto a southbound speeklink service. These locos were probably due to head down to washwood heath later in the day with the Peak Forest roadstone train but it seems Tinsley were having trouble covering with their class 47 fleet.

Another shot of the Buxton pair heading for Shobnall Road bridge.

I rare visitor to Burton, 50030 sits in the sidings with an observation saloon waiting for a crew change before heading up to the RTC in Derby. This is one of Jeremy's (cornishtrainsjez) superb CJM class 50s. Incredible models these.

Another view of the 50 with a HST sat in platform 2 about to depart to Penzance.
